Important Purchaser Information:
CHOOSE THE CORRECT TICKET SALE
More than one ticket sale may be active, at any given time, for completely different events. BEFORE clicking on the option to buy, BE SURE THAT YOU ARE CHOOSING THE CORRECT TICKET SALE FOR YOUR DESIRED EVENT. Neither the ticket issuer, nor the participating radio station(s), are responsible for any incorrect purchases by the buyer. All sales are final.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF TICKETS PURCHASED
Ticket sales are based on availability with a maximum number available to each individual. The maximum ticket purchase number can vary by event.
If, at the moment a transaction is initiated, there are less than the maximum number of tickets available per individual, the purchaser will be given the opportunity to purchase tickets that *ARE* available. For instance, if you intend to purchase 3 tickets, and only 1 is available, you will be given the opportunity to purchase that 1 ticket. In addition, the system can only offer as many tickets as the purchaser's credit card limit, as set by the cardholder's credit card issuer, will allow. PURCHASING LESS THAN THE NUMBER OF TICKETS YOU DESIRE IS OPTIONAL AND DOES NOT IMPLY, NOR GUARANTEE, THAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO BUY ADDITIONAL TICKETS.
When tickets are gone, they are gone. Please do not phone or email for any "extra" tickets that may be available from this site.
In circumstances where tickets will be distributed at the event ("Will-Call"), purchasers must bring their confirmation receipt, either printed from the confirmation screen available upon a successful online transaction, or from the confirmation email sent upon the completion of the same successful transaction, along with a US state-issued, or military, photo ID.
TICKETS IN PROCESS
If all available tickets are in their, respective, purchasing processes, waiting buyers will see a message indicating so. Any tickets, remaining unpurchased, go back into the available inventory for other potential buyers.
Upon the completion of a successful transaction, the purchaser will be displayed a confirmation screen and simultaneously sent a confirmation email to the billing email address entered during the purchase process. It is the purchaser's responsibility to print their confirmation screen and confirmation email. The ticket issuer, nor the participating radio station(s), are responsible for incorrect or missing email addresses, nor the reliability or failure of the purchaser's internet connection, or the reliability and receipt of information delivered to the purchaser's computer and email account.
TIME LIMIT FOR PURCHASES
You will have five (5) minutes to complete your transaction once you initiate the process. If a transaction is not completed within the specified time frame, the purchase will be abandoned and inventory made re-available to other purchasers.
In the unlikely circumstance that a scheduled event must be cancelled due to, but not limited to, artist cancellation/rescheduling, venue changes, weather, or other force majeure, the event will be rescheduled or refunded at the discretion of the participating radio station(s).
"Shipping and Handling" is an all-inclusive term for fees. They can include, but are not limited to, secure commerce / credit card validation and processing, handling, and shipping for ticket sales that *are* shipped. If tickets are not shipped, it is not calculated as part of the fees.
